Data subjects may exercise their rights against the data controller at any time pursuant to Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003:
- The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exists, even if it has not yet been recorded, and to receive that data in an intelligible form.
- The data subject has the right to be informed of the origin of the personal data; the purposes and methods of processing; the logic applied when processing is carried out with electronic tools; the identification details of the controller, processors and appointed representative; and the persons or categories of persons to whom the data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it.
- The data subject has the right to obtain the updating, rectification or completion of the data; the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data processed unlawfully; and confirmation that these operations have been communicated to those to whom the data was disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort.

Other rights of data subjects
The persons to whom the personal data relates may exercise their rights in the manner and within the limits established by applicable legislation. In relation to the processing of personal data, they may ask Ristorante Cian di Lanzone Miriana for:
